Old Navy Super Cash: How Earning and Redemption Work
Answer: During an eligible earn period, a qualifying merchandise purchase of $25 or more earns one universal Super Cash code. During a later eligible redeem period, the code is worth $20 off $50-$99.99, $40 off $100-$149.99, or $60 off $150 or more. Separate the earn window from the redeem window
Super Cash is not an always-on discount. Old Navy describes an eligible earn period followed by a subsequent eligible redeem period. The public program page explained the thresholds but did not show the current start or end dates in its visible text on October 7, 2026, so those dates are unknown until Old Navy publishes them.
Treat the code as future value, not an immediate reduction to the purchase that earned it. Check the official page and your account for the active redeem window before planning a cart around it.
Know where the code arrives
Online shoppers receive a qualifying code by email within approximately 24 hours. In-store shoppers receive a paper coupon code at checkout. Encore members also have earned codes attached to their account.
A code earned online can be redeemed in a participating store, and a code earned in a participating store can be redeemed online, subject to the eligible period and program terms.
Apply the threshold to eligible merchandise
The earn and redeem thresholds exclude gift cards, packaging, shipping and handling, gift wrap, and taxes. Old Navy says merchandise sold and shipped by third parties may count toward a redemption threshold but does not receive a share of the discount.
Only one Super Cash coupon can be redeemed per transaction, up to $60. If the purchase is below the threshold needed for the coupon's full value, the applicable lower discount can be used and the unused potential value is forfeited.
Check stacking and membership separately
Super Cash cannot be combined with other coupons, promotions, or an employee discount. Encore members may redeem reward points in addition to Super Cash code savings.
Old Navy states that all customers have been eligible to earn and redeem Super Cash since June 6, 2026. Encore membership is no longer required, although members get account-based code tracking and reward-point benefits.
